Return & Exchange Policy

At SAM'S STORE UKAY UKAY, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Online Purchases – In-Store Returns Only

• We do not accept online returns via shipping.
• If you wish to return an item purchased online, you must visit one of our 7 branches in Dubai and Abu Dhabi within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Online purchases cannot be refunded but can be exchanged for another item in-store.
• If the new item is of higher value, the customer must pay the difference.
• No cash refunds – exchanges only.

In-Store Purchases

• Items purchased directly from our physical stores follow the standard in-store return policy.

Return Conditions

✅ The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
✅ You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
❌ Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
❌ Accessories and undergarments cannot be returned.
